Overview 

For over 24 years, Technology Resource Center (TRC) has been providing customers with leadership for employees working in the Substation Training System Operating and Basic Operating Schools, including providing vision, expectations, assigning work, monitoring work performance and providing feedback, coaching and field employment opportunities.  TRC’s Substation Subject Matter Experts ensure effective and efficient training utilizing a Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) that meets client requirements and all regulatory requirements.
