Substation Construction and Maintenance Services
Technology Resource Center, Inc. (TRC) provides full-service Construction Management Services, which includes, but is not limited to, providing qualified individuals with the necessary tools and equipment to independently manage and inspect contracted Substation Construction projects. The Construction Management Services is provided on a time and material basis.
In order to provide the Services, TRC provides any necessary tools and equipment, including, but not limited to, the following:
Laptop computer; company e-mail addresses, wireless air card, cell phone (iPhone or Android) capable to send and receive text messages, pictures and emails from their assigned email address, digital camera, printer and scanner.
Access to the following software: SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, and Ariba, and others determined by Project or Customer Requirements
For specific projects, TRC may, in its discretion, need to provide other equipment in order to achieve the desired results.
For each project, TRC supplies a complete set of deliverables for each assigned construction management contract worker.
TRC also ensures compliance with all requirements for each classification of its workers, including providing and necessary training and quality management. TRC evaluates its own employees, though the customer can give input about good or poor outcomes. Individuals assigned under this type of Contract shall be considered At Will employees. TRC’s Site Representatives, when assigned to a project, will report to the Customer’s Management or Directors but may seek clarification of any work goals with the Customer’s on-site personnel.
