Utility Inspection Services
Technology Resource Center, Inc. (TRC) provides full-service Transmission and Distribution (T&D) and Quality Assurance (QA) Services, which includes, but is not limited to, providing qualified individuals with the necessary tools and equipment to independently inspect and ensure Quality compliance with contracted Substation Construction projects. The Transmission and Distribution (T&D) and Quality Assurance (QA) Services is provided on a time and material basis.

In order to provide the Services, TRC provides any necessary tools and equipment, including, but not limited to, the following:
Laptop computer; company e-mail addresses, wireless air card, cell phone (iPhone or Android) capable to send and receive text messages, pictures and emails from their assigned email address, digital camera, printer and scanner.
Access to the following software: SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, and Ariba, and others determined by Project or Customer Requirements
For specific projects, TRC may, in its discretion, need to provide other equipment in order to achieve the desired results.
Capabilities:
TRC Inspectors are qualified to work on Substations, Power Generating Stations, Distribution networks and Plant Operations.
For each project, TRC supplies a complete set of deliverables for each assigned Transmission and Distribution (T&D) and Quality Assurance (QA) Services worker.
TRC also ensures compliance with all requirements for each classification of its workers, including providing and necessary training and quality management. TRC evaluates its own employees, though the customer can give input about good or poor outcomes. Individuals assigned under this type of Contract shall be considered At Will employees. TRC’s Transmission and Distribution (T&D) and Quality Assurance (QA) personnel, when assigned to a project, will report to the Customer’s Management or Directors but may seek clarification of any work goals with the Customer’s on-site personnel.

Solution for Power Asset Management
The new drone-based solution set for the maintenance of power transmission and distribution equipment was developed after inspecting over 90,000 km of power lines throughout the world.
It minimizes the time taken for inspection and data processing and improves workers’ safety.
AI-based automatic analysis
Acquired data is automatically processed and analyzed by artificial intelligence algorithms which are trained to detect rust on bolts, loosening of tower parts, bird’s nest, etc., and creates a smart report, highlighting the areas that require action.
