Subject Matter Expert (SME) - New Technologies
Position Summary
Within scope for this Statement of Work is subject matter expertise support, providing specific technical expertise and GRC documentation development solutions for T&D; Asset Management, Strategy & Engineering with regard to distribution equipment within the Status of the Product Line GRC support documentation.
The Statement of Work key objectives are as follows:
Conduct interviews to collect, catalog, and organize relevant existing GRC information, reference materials, and SCE Standards needed to create Status of the Product Line documentation.
Partner with SCE T&D Asset Management, Strategy & Engineering personnel to review existing T&D materials to identify what information needs to be developed to support the SCE GRC.
Partner with Distribution Apparatus & Standards to gather information requirements in stakeholder meetings.
Evaluate equipment & materials documentation provided by vendors to determine applicability.
Identify and leverage key SMEs from Engineering, vendors, and other T&D support areas of responsibility that will serve in the production of GRC support data and documentation.
Partner with GRC SMEs and advisors to develop the necessary information required for the support of construction, maintenance, and operation of the evolving SCE Distribution equipment & materials infrastructure grid and new related technologies within the support documentation.
Provide subject matter expert with distribution engineering expertise knowledge required to document key processes, procedures, and tasks specific to the Status of the Product Line.
Provide recommendations based on industry knowledge to aid the prioritization of developmental GRC support materials and enhancements of existing materials to complete the Engineering GRC package.
Detailed Project Description:
SME GRC Documentation Preparation – The who, what, where, when, why, and by whom
The vendor shall work with SCE personnel and designated internal SMEs to identify and obtain technical documents, data, operational information, and existing documentation materials to support the design and development of the GRC support documentation materials.
Work with SCE T&D Engineering to determine what engineering, design and configuration information will be required by T&D to develop the GRC support documentation with regard to SCE Distribution Equipment Status of the Product Line and allow other SCE management SMEs to testify as needed to support a successful GRC?
Identify who has information we will need to incorporate into our documentation.
Identify what the necessary information will need to comprise of for a successful GRC support docket.
